How long do you keep the inflatables?

We do all lengths of events. There is a 2 hour minimum on any inflatable rented however some are rented by the day and dropped off at the event while others require our operators to stay with the unit the entire time it is being operated.

How early should I book my event?

We are lucky to have some repeat customers that book us every year for the same dates a year in advance. Sometimes we have openings and can book an event a few days in advance but we recommend booking at least 30 days in advance. We are lucky to stay busy year round so reserve your date as soon as possible so that you get your pick of which items you want and which day that you want them.

Are you insured?

Absolutely! Safety is the number one priority in our business and insurance is very important. With any company that offers inflatables or rides make sure that they have insurance before you book them so that it covers you and your event!

What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

We will try our hardest to accommodate another date for your event. However, if the decision is made to cancel the event before we unload our attractions and set up there is NO COST to you and any deposit will be returned in full.
